這款神秘的香料箱,精選八款珍貴的特有種香料,可以明顯表現出當地的風土。其中四款更是源自台灣的原生品種。每一款香料都擁有獨特的風味特徵,我們透過風味數值分析與實際應用,分享適合搭配的食材與料理方式,讓使用者在探索風味的同時,也能更深入理解食材的可能性。

每款香料都有其獨特的風味,我們結合專業的食材知識與料理經驗,深入解析香料本身的香氣層次,並透過食材搭配及料理實驗,將這些紀錄起來融合製作成小卡,希望透過這個「Magic Spices Box」展示香料帶來的獨特魅力。

This Magic Spices Box includes eight special spices that each show the unique flavors of their place of origin. Four of them are native to Taiwan. Every spice has its own taste and character. We use flavor analysis and real-life testing to suggest what foods and dishes they go well with—helping users explore new flavors and better understand how to use each ingredient in creative ways.

We believe every spice has its own voice. With a mix of cooking experience and curiosity, we played with flavors, paired ingredients, and kept notes along the way — now shared with you through the Magic Spices Box.


➊ 羅氏鹽膚木

Chinensis Sumac  スーマック

羅氏鹽膚木是台灣原住民山林中的天然調味料,有「山裡的鹽」之稱。果實酸香鮮明,帶有野莓與柑橘皮的風味,還帶一點微微的發酵感,清爽有層次。

Chinensis Sumac is a natural seasoning found in the mountain forests of Taiwan’s indigenous peoples, often called the "salt of the mountains." Its fruit has a bright, tangy flavor with notes of wild berries and citrus peel, accompanied by a subtle fermented aroma, offering a refreshing and layered taste.


➋ 馬告

Makauy  マーガオ

馬告是台灣原住民常用的香料,具有獨特的柑橘清香和胡椒辛辣感,香氣濃郁而清新,帶有微微的檸檬香氣與溫暖辛辣。

Makauy is a spice commonly used by Taiwan’s indigenous peoples, known for its unique citrusy aroma and peppery spiciness. Its scent is rich and fresh, with subtle lemon notes and a warm, spicy kick.


➌ 月桃子

Shell Ginger Seeds  月桃の実

月桃子帶有清新微甜的香氣,融合了檸檬草和薄荷的清爽感,並帶有淡淡的辛香與花香。

Shell ginger seeds has a fresh and mildly sweet aroma, combining the refreshing notes of lemongrass and mint, along with subtle spicy and floral hints.


➍ 刺蔥籽

Prickly Ash Seeds カラスザンショウ

刺蔥籽擁有濃郁的香氣,結合了蔥蒜的辛香與些許胡椒的辣感,帶有山野氣息與微微的堅果香。

Prickly ash seeds have a rich aroma that combines the pungent notes of scallion and garlic with a hint of peppery heat, along with earthy undertones and a subtle nutty scent.


➎ 粉紅胡椒

Pink Pepper  ピンクペッパー

粉紅胡椒帶有溫潤微甜的香氣,融合了淡淡的果香與花香,辛辣感比黑胡椒溫和許多,辛香中帶點莓果般的甜味。

Pink pepper has a warm, mildly sweet aroma, blending subtle fruity and floral notes. Its spiciness is much gentler than black pepper, with a berry-like sweetness beneath the heat.


➏ 青花椒

Sichuan Green Pepper 青山椒

青花椒具有清爽明亮的香氣,帶有柑橘皮般的清香與鮮明的麻感,辛辣中帶一種涼感回甘,比起紅花椒,青花椒的風味更清新、麻而不嗆。

Sichuan green pepper has a bright, refreshing aroma with citrus peel-like notes and a distinct numbing sensation. Compared to Sichuan red pepper, its flavor is fresher and more cooling, with a gentle tingle rather than an overpowering heat.


➐ 貢布胡椒

Kampot Pepper  カンポットペッパー

貢布胡椒風味中帶有淡淡花香、草本與尤加利般的清涼感,辛辣中帶甜,尾韻溫潤持久,不同顏色的成熟度與處理,分別帶有不同香氣表現。

The aroma of Kampot pepper carries soft floral and herbal notes, with a cooling eucalyptus touch. Its flavor unfolds from a sweet spiciness to a smooth, lingering warmth. From green to red, each color reveals a different layer of its complexity.


➑ 東加豆

Tongan Bean トンガ豆

東加豆融合香草、杏仁、肉桂與焦糖的氣息,還帶有一絲煙燻與乾草的風味。

Tonka bean combines aromas of vanilla, almond, cinnamon, and caramel, with subtle hints of smokiness and hay.
