founder of FoodSeason, based in Taiwan, specialized in curating food ingredients for chefs and all food creators

our team believe that high quality ingredients/materials are essential to all kinds of food creation

From 2017 to 2022, we worked with many chefs from all over the world, using Taiwanese local ingredients to create many amazing dishes that represent Taiwan’s image and unique flavors

Now 2023, our new brand and service //Formosa&otherWonders// , bring all these 台灣Formosa’s wonderful flavors to the world

私はトーマス　イエと申します。

私は台湾を拠点に、主にファインダイニングレストランを対象とした食材流通を行なっているFoodSeasonというの会社の創業者でございます。料理人と食材に関わる全てのクリエイターに向けて食材をキュレーションする仕事をしています。

私たちのチームは、価値のある素晴らしい食材が料理のクリエイションに欠かせないことの一つだと信じています。

2017年から2022年にかけて、私たちは多くの国際的なシェフ達と共に、台湾固有のローカル食材を開拓し使いながら、台湾ならではのユニークな味わいを数々のレストランと共に表現してきました。

そして、パンデミックが明けた2023年、私たちは新しいブランド「Formosa＆otherWonders」を設立し、台湾固有の味わいを日本を世界へ届けたいと考えています。。
