FoodSeason 食材策展空間

FoodSeason 除了協助專業主廚外，也設立電商提供零售顧客在網路上購買特殊食材，並於2023年實體空間完工，由知名室內設計師「CJ STUDIO 陸希傑」重新規劃。大面積如同火星的牆面，像是走進一顆食材宇宙，這裡提供主廚與料理愛好者駐留，希望在食材策展人的協助下，得到更多料理靈感。

In addition to assisting professional chefs, FoodSeason has also established an e-commerce platform to offer retail customers the ability to purchase specialty ingredients online. And in 2023, the physical space was completed, with renowned interior designer “CJ STUDIO” brought in for the redesign. The expansive walls reminiscent of Mars, it feels like stepping into a universe of ingredients. This space is designed for both professional chefs and cook lovers to stay, and FoodSeason curators provide more cook inspiration here.

FoodSeason SHOP 地平線食材專門店

由「FoodSeason 食時可樂」打造的全新空間—「FoodSeason SHOP 地平線食材專門店」，是一座串連料理創作者、產地與生活風格的交流基地。希望透過食材、料理與空間的融合，讓每一位走進這裡的您，都能帶回靈感，感受料理與生活之間的連結。空間內匯集了食材策展人精選自台灣與世界各地的特色食材，包含歐洲進口火腿與起司、職人調味品、料理器皿與生活選物。現場也提供以當季食材延伸設計的季節套餐，透過與不同料理創作者合作，讓來訪的人能品嚐屬於當季最美好的滋味。同時這裡也是「desertLAND 綠洲沾醬甜點店」的實驗廚房，除了能在現場購買創意甜點外，也開放專業廚房讓料理創作者與甜點師交流研發，讓更多靈感與想像在這裡持續發生。

“FoodSeason SHOP” is a new space created by FoodSeason, bringing together food creators, ingredients, and lifestyle culture. We hope every visitor can find inspiration here and experience the connection between food and daily life. The shop features a curated selection of specialty ingredients from Taiwan and around the world, including European hams and cheeses, artisan seasonings, kitchenware, and lifestyle goods. We also offer seasonal dishes created with different chefs and food creators, allowing guests to enjoy the best flavors of each season.The space is also the experimental kitchen of “desertLAND,” a creative dessert brand. Guests can enjoy freshly made desserts on-site, while chefs and pastry creators use the professional kitchen for collaboration, recipe development, and new culinary ideas.
