FoodSeason is a curation team dedicated to Taiwan's local ingredients.
In addition to supplying customized ingredients to restaurant chefs and food creators.
We explore farms to create quality and special specifications that meet market needs.
We also extend our services to include menu design,
collaborations with renowned chefs, brand representation, and promotion of unique ingredients.
And endeavor to bring Taiwan's distinctive flavors to the international stage,
using ingredients as the foundation to create more value.
FoodSeason 食材策展空間
FoodSeason 除了協助專業主廚外，也設立電商「FoodGo」提供零售顧客在網路上購買特殊食材，並於2023年實體空間完工，由知名室內設計師「CJ STUDIO 陸希傑」重新規劃。大面積如同火星的牆面，像是走進一顆食材宇宙，這裡提供主廚與料理愛好者駐留，希望在食材策展人的協助下，得到更多料理靈感。
In addition to assisting professional chefs, FoodSeason has also established an e-commerce platform “FoodGo” to offer retail customers the ability to purchase specialty ingredients online. And in 2023, the physical space was completed, with renowned interior designer “CJ STUDIO” brought in for the redesign. The expansive walls reminiscent of Mars, it feels like stepping into a universe of ingredients. This space is designed for both professional chefs and cook lovers to stay, and FoodSeason curators provide more cook inspiration here.
